Classes
I run weekly group classes as well as private sessions throughout the week both online via Zoom or in my Pilates Studio in Lower Bourne, Farnham.

The group classes are run in courses of one session each week over 6 weeks with an option of two weekly time slots. Please see below for more details on classes and how to book.

Group Sessions
Our group classes are small and enable feedback and adjustments.
Sessions are supportive and always fun, aimed at beginners to intermediates. Different levels and modifications to be given depending on the individual.
Classes are booked in blocks:
£78 / 6 sessions
£120/10 session package (to be used within 3 months)

Private Matwork
Tailored individual, duo, or small group sessions​
Private Pilates sessions tailored to your requirements, addressing specific issues, with the benefit of individual attention, corrections, and feedback. Whether you are a beginner or pro, a 1:1 session will allow you to focus on the more challenging principles of Pilates.
Private sessions take place in the comfort of your own home, our studio or via Zoom and can work around your lifestyle at a time of day that suits. These are a great way to focus on posture, strength, flexibility, control, and stamina, and will help to support your other sporting activities and aid in injury recovery.
Private 1:1 session can be booked as a one-off (£55) or a block of four (£50/session). For Duets, a one-off session is (£60) or a block of four (£55/session).
